2. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. No content is served by third parties. When you open a page, the hosting provider (GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, service „GitHub Pages“) processes technical access data such as IP address, time and requested page in server logs to deliver the page and to keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure website). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 3. Knowzies Serienstudio and the YouTube API Services

Knowzies Serienstudio uses the YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes data according to the Google Privacy Policy.

The application is used only by 2Mountain-Development GmbH for its own YouTube channel. With the authorisation of the channel owner it accesses:

• channel information (channel ID, title, description, keywords, country, default language, localisations, banner),
• videos, captions, thumbnails and playlists uploaded or managed by the application,
• the API quota used per day.

Use: to upload our own episodes with titles, descriptions and captions in several languages, to add them to playlists and to keep the channel texts up to date. Storage: the OAuth access and refresh tokens and the data listed above are stored only locally on our production computer in Austria. Sharing: YouTube API Data is not sold and not shared with third parties. Episode scripts and texts (not YouTube API Data) are processed by the AI services Anthropic (scripts, translations), ElevenLabs (voices) and Higgsfield (animation) as processors. Viewers: the application does not collect any data about viewers of our videos.

Devices and cookies: the application stores its tokens and settings in local files on our own computer. It does not set cookies on other devices and lets no third party collect data on devices.

Revoking access: besides deleting the data in the application, access can be revoked at any time on Google’s security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Stored YouTube API Data is deleted or refreshed at the latest after 30 days, unless the channel owner authorises otherwise.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your message to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete it when it is no longer needed and no retention duty applies.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact: office@2mountain-development.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

6. Children

This website and the application do not collect personal data from children.
